Shipments to Italy:

The shipment to Italy is free for all orders over € 100.00, under this amount you must pay € 4.90.

The courier SDA – Crono Express is responsible for the delivery within 24 hours from the dispatch date, from Monday to Friday (within 48 hours in Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and other remote zones).

Once the order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can track your parcel directly in the web site: www.poste.it

The courier will make two attempts to deliver to the address provided at the time of placing the order. For this reason, you are invited to choose an address where someone is available to pick-up the parcel.

If your parcel cannot be successfully delivered, you will be able to collect it at the nearest Post Office within ten working days from the delivery date.

The address of the Post Office can be found also under the section “track your parcel” of the website www.poste.it or by means of the notice that the carrier will leave in your post box following the two failed delivery attempts.

Shipments to other countries:

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.

In the event that your country is not included in the above list, send us a request by e-mail to shopping@maryley.com and we shall consider the opening of a sales area even in your country.

The shipment to other countries is free for all orders over € 150.00, under this amount you must pay € 12.90.

Delivery Times to other countries:

The courier DHL with Express service is responsible for the delivery within 2 days from the dispatch date (excludes weekends & National Holidays).

With On Demand delivery service, you can manage the shipment or choose a DHL pick-up point if you cannot pick-up the parcel at your home/working place.

Custom duties:

The client will be expected to pay for any charges incurred because of customs regulations. If, for any reason, the client refused to pay the charges demanded by the Customs authorities, the items ordered will be left at the Customs house and we will not be able to make any refund to the customer.

Orders shipping time:

The orders placed from Sunday to Thursday are generally dispatched the following day and delivered according to the timing indicated in the “SHIPMENTS INFORMATION” section. The orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.

If you need to postpone the dispatch of your order we suggest you to send as soon as possible an e-mail to our Customer Service for arrange the dispatch date.

In the rare case of unforeseen delays of any kind (courier strikes, temporary unavailability of some items, sales etc) the delivery time could be extended to a maximum of 5 working days. In this case you will be contacted by our Customer Service in order to find the quickest solution to solve the inconvenience.

If you are not satisfied with your order don’t worry, you can return it within 14 working days from the day it was delivered. You can ask a change of size/colour or a refund (excluding shipping costs).

With Paypal the shipping costs for your returns are free: pay the return shipping costs and Paypal will refund you!

To make the return you have to:

  • Send an e-mail to shopping@maryley.com with your order details, name and surname, items you want to return and your request;
  • fill in all the details of the refund form found in the parcel;
  • insert the return form in the parcel and send it, upon authorization to return, at your expense within 3 working days from the date you were authorized by a courier of your own choice, to the following address:

The items you want to return are by your responsibility up to the time they reach our warehouse. We kindly ask you to wrap them up properly so as to avoid any damage during their return to us.

Only clothing items that are returned in the same conditions as they were at the time of delivery will be accepted. They should not have been washed or worn, and still have their labels. In the unfortunate event that the item does not meet our requirements, your return will be rejected and no refund provided. In such rare occurrence, the item in question will be sent back to you again and you will be charged for the delivery.

Our logistics will not accept parcels returned with delivery costs charged to the recipient – except in case of our errors – since the return costs are by your expense. Once the items have been arrived, we reserve 10 working days in order to make our quality controls and to refund or exchange the returned items. Everything will be promptly communicated to you by email.

The refund will be credited directly to the credit card originally used for the transaction within 10 working days, by the Paypal circuit even though you may not be a registered user.

With Paypal circuit you will be able to pay using your favourite credit card/prepaid card.

Click on “Log in to Paypal” and proceed with the payment.

If you are not registered in Paypal website and do not wish to do, you can click on “Pay with a card” and you will be able to pay with your favourite card in total security.
